N2  - Haemangioma of the epididymis is a rare cause of an intrascrotal mass. Despite the advances in preoperative diagnosis of intrascrotal masses, potential risk of malignancy dictates radical orchidectomy in all patients presenting with a painless lump in the scrotum.
