N2  - The prevalence of Septoria leafblotch caused by Zymoseptoria tritici (Desm.  Quaedvlieg & Crous) was determined through field surveys in four provinces,  Ankara, Konya, Kırşehir, and Eskişehir which are important wheat producing  areas in Central Anatolia during the 2013 and 2014 years. The percentage of  infected wheat field in Ankara, Eskişehir, Konya, and Kırşehir was found 52.75%,  34.61%, 31.02% and 9.11%,  respectively. Totally 65 isolates were obtained from survey area and 64 of them  was determined as Z. tritici with specific  primers ITS1 and JB446.
