N2  - The main purpose of this study is to determinate the relationship between virtuous leadership and organizational justice. In line with this purpose, a survey for those working in the various public institution and private companies was made. Informations in this research was obtained bu questionnaire method and 417 questionnaire were used. In order to test the hypothesis, correlation and regration analysis were used. According to the analyzing of collected data, a significant and positive relationship was found between virtuous leadership and organizational justice.
