The theoretical frame stems from the anthropological theory of knowledge of Chevallard. First, we have analysed the structure, the functioning mode and the productions of three institutions at the noosphere level, in charge respectively of the elaboration of official syllabus, the elaboration of official school books and the preparation of national competitive examinations. Our data from official texts, discussions with members and analysis of the syllabus, the school book and the examination topics have shown that : the educational transfer is hardly parameterised by official instructions ; the noosphere « Competitive examination » is rather autonomous ; the other two institutions work with a strong synergy and the school book can be viewed as a setting of the syllabus instructions to text UR - https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/baunfbed/issue//261817 L1 - https://dergipark.org.tr/en/download/article-file/228336 ER -
