The differences between experienced and inexperienced teachers’ reactions to their own feedback procedures were also explored. The results suggest that teachers’ awareness of habits and mannerisms and the reasons for them increases as a result of reflection, and this leads them to reevaluate behaviours and consider changes. As for the difference between experienced and inexperienced teachers, no significant difference could be identified based on the data obtained in this particular study.
