N2  - Turkey has passed the multiparty system in 1945 efficient of foreign and local politics improvoments. CHP that kept on as a government party for 22 years before passing multiparty system, came close with sympathy to opposition parties, via to prove depanding it’s legal will. By the way CHP realiesed and paniced tahat the powefull and stronger opposition party had occured in a short time. CHP has seized with of loosing government power and started to keep opposite parties down. On the other hand CHP looked for a power term via dominant election. For this reason the municipal elections was advanced the date inMay 1946 from September of 1946 and parlimentary elections was advenced the date in July 1946 from March 1947. Dominant elections was caused to protest of public opinions and opposite parties. By the way elections of 1946 have became one of the most polemic election in modern Turkish history. In this process, press had a very important role. Some journals made propaganda of CHP the government party, some of them supported opposition
