The basic reason of this the fact that both Turkeyand Turkish Republics have not been able to develop the required infrastrueture integratively as far as the consumer care concerned. it hasbeen proved in various studies that Turkey failed to maintain its relative commercial superiorities which it obtained at the beginning againstits rivals who are attentive and very careful about consumer preferences; furthermore, these studies also proved that the Turkish governmentsand societies which have had some commercial business relations with Turkey failed to improve relations reliably.in this article, emphaised that it is vitally important establish a system which is to consolidate the quality, standard and consumer care activities between countries and societies and based on this system the commercial and economic relations should be improved. it has also been argued what Turkey can do from the standpoint of the regulations as to the consumer care.Another important issue which has been touched upon in this article is that improving the consumer care, quality and warrant system for the goods and services between Turkish governments and societies will undoubtdely gain importance and effect relations not only between Turkey and Turkish Rupeblics but also in the international arena as a competation factor.
