Nowadays, food and beverage sector contains many establishments providing these services. These establishments differ from each other according to their goals, service capacity and scope of activity. Beltur, the Great Istanbul Training, Tourism and Health Investments Businesses and Trade Inc. operating in İstanbul, is an establishment servicing with the aim of historical mansions's introduction to the food and beverage sector. The main object of this study, conducted in Beltur Inc. establishments, is to examine the way historical mansions are being introduced to tourism sector and their contribution to food and beverage services. For the research, an on-site interview with Fatih Çınar, Food and Beverage Operations Director at the Headquarters of Beltur Inc., was made.
