N2  - In this article, according to their opinions, third generation of Turkish youngsters in Germany to invesigate knowledge level of Turkish and German language and to mention about educational roblems of Turkish students in Germany.Knowledge level of Turkish and German language of Tıırkish students were investigated whether or not according to their living period in Germany,German citizenship they have and educational level of their parents.Survey method was used and 448 15-20 years old students were joined to this research. A questionnaire was used to gather the related knowledges. As a result, according to Turkish students who have more living period and born in Germany have less Turkish knowledge than students who born in Turkey. Turks who have Turkish citizenship have more German language knowledge than others.The more living period of their fathers, the less Turkish knowledge level of Turkish students in Germany. There are relation between the educational level of perents and their children. High educational level of parents have high educatoinal level of children.At the end of this article, we discussed educational and counselling problems of Turkish 15-20 years old students who live in Germany.
