N2  - The purpose of this research is to identify the attitudes of university students in the geography department towards the statistics lessons, and the effects of their school, their gender and the class level on their attitudes. The research has been applied to 764 students. In this research, all data has been collected by the Attitude Scale towards Statistic Lesson, developed by the researchers. Collected data has proved that students have generally positive attitudes towards the statistic lessons and that there are significant differences when schools, gender and class levels are considered.
