N2  - In this study, the concept mistakes in the units "What is there in our body?, How do we perceive our environment?" which are in science curriculum of the 6th class and determined the circulums and regulations were tried to be determined. For this, data esere collected in Aegean Zone as contents. In this pre-study, the scale was developped to determine the concept mistakes which are necessary for this work.A success test of 50 items having qualities of concept-knowledge, thought-interpretation and comparison from this scale was achieved.By this means, formal permissions were taken from the Ministry of Education in Izmir, Manisa and Aydin and our research started. As sample, the schools representing the world best were selected. From the total of 1604 students (Izmir: 644, Manisa: 422, Aydın: 538) data collected. The collected data were arranged and recorded on the computer.Statistic analyses were made in SPSS programme. In the fırst stage of the analyses, the questions erred too much were determined. Afterwards, analyse of variance test was applied to items.As a consequence, these mistakes can arise because of knowledge in the books, some habits and wrong teaching methods. In this research, removing the determined mistakes and finding the propositions which are need for the efficiency of the students were aimed.
