N2  - Sustainable development principles requires some changes in our life style for more livable earth.“The administraion” in sustainable development preditcs changes in “one dimensional and nation focused” state. Instead, a new administration concept is recommended which governed by state, private sector and NGOs called “Governance”. One of the actors of governance is the private sector and it’s role is being argued for such a long time. There are two major hypothesises in the arguments. According to the first one; the private sector aims only profit in the process of the production. On the other hand, environment protection policies brings extra costs that would reduce the profits. Therefore the involvement of the private sector in the sustainable development is not a realist approach always. According to the other hypotesis; without the fiscal contribution of the private sector, it is improbable to realize the principles of the sustainable development to practice. Thus private sector plays a vital role in the realization of the sustainabel development. In this article, we shall examine these thesises in terms of their realization probability to the real life.
