N2  - Today culture is the most important factor in fixing level of social development. There is different reason of making different definition of the concept both in historical process and today. One of the most important arguments in the life of Turkish intelligentsia have taken place around this concept. Turkish history is wealthy with regard to language, history, traditions, morals all of which constitute concept of culture. Ataturk established Republic of Modern Turkey. He gained strength from cultural wealthy while establishing republic of Turkey. According to a lot of Turkish thinker, there are different thought related to concept of culture. Ataturk who saw culture as the most important factor that form republic gave great importance to study of modern history and language that give content to concept of culture. Because, he saw this as condition of being a nation
