Survey model was used for this study. The participants consist of Kayseri and Konya 2015-2016 academic year a total of 217 special education teachers working in special educational institutions in the city centers. 52.5% of 217 respondents (114) were female, 47.5% (103) were male. Professional Quality of life scale and personal information form developed by the researcher was used to collect research data scale. t test for the same as independent groups of descriptive statistical analysis of the data testing unidirectional variance analysis and Tukey test techniques were used. The findings show that professional satisfaction that the dimensions of the working life of the quality of special education teachers, compassion satisfaction, burnout and compassion fatigue levels of the sex, marital status, seniority, job willingly choose or not to choose and human satisfaction variables revealed form the results differed significantly in terms.
