N2  - The "Zeybek”s that first appeared in the Ottoman social structure in the 19th century, were reflected in the “Karagöz”-shadow theatre followed with interest at that time, and “efe” and “zeybek” were given prominent place in these plays attarcts attention by his massive build, his special attire and his speech. "Zeybek”, “efe” and others characters were successful in making the audience laugh by exaggerating certain of their traits in these shadow theatre plays, the real aim of which in to entertain people.
