According to the findings of the research, a difference from statistical point of view in .05 significance level was established in 14 work satisfaction components also between the averages of nurses with low and normal work satisfaction level. As about the discriminating analysis; the just and equitable treatment and degree of respect displayed by the manager, the appreciation feeling felt during the performance of work, support and guidance and degree of justice displayed by the manager as well as the conduct of management at the worksite, established that they are components envisioning correct 96.7% of nurses with low work satisfaction and 94.3% of nurses with normal work satisfaction. As about the capability for classifying correctly nurses with low and normal work satisfaction by taking into consideration completely the 4 variants existing in the discriminating model, it was established to be 95.2%.
