Several methods and projects were implemented for agricultural extension. In this study, Agricultural Extension Development project (TAR-GEL) that have been implemented in recent years, concerning the staff satisfaction levels and sustainability of the project were analysed. A survey was applied to agricultural engineers and veterinarians working on the project. In the survey, Likert scale was used to measure the level of staff satisfaction. In the study, the staff’s most basic demand was found as "Office expenses paid by the Ministry " and "Travel expenses paid by the Ministry". In addition, the staff believed that the duties and responsibilities were not clearly defined. TAR-GEL staff beleived that their salaries and benefits were lover than other staff. "The project continued in its present form” was rejected by TAR-GEL staff, and the difference between the project staff and other staff about work rights and promoted regulation were unacceptable.
