In his novels, while explaining the historical episodewith staying faithful to the original; he also introduces the period of time processed with all the cultural elements. “Yesterday’s Turkey” is processed in a magnificently way in, Kilit, Anahtar, Kapı triplet, in which Seljukian period is explained; Konak, Catı, Ucler Yediler Kirklar triplet, in which the establishment of the Ottomans is mentioned; Bu Atli Gecide Gider, Gecitteki Ulke, Daragaci triplet, in which Sheikh Bedrettin, Timur ve Beyazit are explained; Ebem Kusagı, Sabir, Gundonumu triplet, in which the conquest of Istanbul is portrayed. The Ve Çanakkale: Geldiler, Gördüler, Döndüler triplet which narrates the Canakkale Epic; Buğday Kamyonu, Karanlıkta Mum Işığı, Güneşin Dört Köşesi which are the Today’s Turkey Series; the Patience Tree Series in which Cyprus’s history is mentioned; the Culture Series books in each that the important subjects and people are narrated, are some of the other works of Sepetcioglu. Mustafa Necati Sepetcioglu, is passed away after he has virtually explained the fusion of Islam and Turkish culture with his last work. This last work which is a masterwork is the triplet of Yesili Hoca Ahmed. This novel describes Piri Turkestan Hodja Ahmed Yesevi and his basic philosophy. The sub-titles of this three volume book: Sesler ve Isiklar, Hurmaligin Ak Dogani, Aydinligin Muhuru.
