N2  - In the present research, it was aimed to measure the technical efficiency of bakeries. Data used in the research was obtained from 23 bakeries by questionnaire in the Atakum district of Samsun. To measure the technical efficiency of bakeries, stochastic frontier analysis was used. According to the research results, mean technical efficiency level of bakeries of Atakum district was 76%. These bakeries by decreasing the input use, rate of 24%, will be full efficient.
