N2  - Education is a process in which values are transferred to next generations. In this process, values that teachers have effect on our students who are our future assurance. By taking account of this hypothesis, the values of teachers are also becoming important. The main aim of this study is to investigate value judgments of teachers working at primary schools. Items in the data collection instrument used in this study are separated into two groups as social values and individual values. There is no significant difference between social and individual values when means of social and individual values and one sample t-test results are analyzed by SPSS program. There are 71 teachers voluntarily participated in the study and Rokeach Value Inventory was used in this study.
