Unfortunately, these events have not been searched in modern European and Post-Soviet history and media. One of Armenian tortures was realized in historical Kuba (Quba) 1918–1920 years. This region has border with Russia and has strategic importance. The violence against Azerbaijanis, especially Jewish (Mountainous Jewish) in Kuba of North region of Azerbaijan was analyzed in this article on the base of archive information of citizen of Azerbaijan with Jewish origin, former deputy Anton Salamanov. In addition to this, the activities of Armenians and their protectors in this land are revealed mainly on the base of other archive documents. Many archive documents exist revealing the support of foreign forces especially Russia in the violence activities of Armenian Tashnak and Amazasp forces. The language of documents of National State Archive of the Republic of Azerbaijan – History Archive (ARDA – ARMDA - ARDTA), Archive of Political Parties and Public Movements of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARSPIHA), Jewish Archive Foundation of Kuba district and other organizations are mainly in Russian and old Turkish. These documents show how Armenian and Russian bands made violence and genocide not only to Turkish people lived especially in East Anatolia of Ottoman lands, but this violence and genocide also was realized against Azerbaijani Turks in Kuba region of North Azerbaijan, Jewish, Georgian, Chechen and otherpeople in Azerbaijani lands.
