N2  - Withpostmodernismarisingoppositetheoriesagainstmodernism, that is an exactperfection, certaintyandconsistencyquest, a referenceforpluralism has beenmade, andaccordinglytradition has practicallybeenthebasicapproach. Andattachingtheadoption of theprinciple as theunprincipled, an ingenuitythat is based on enrichmentbymodulatingtherules has emerged. Postmodernism, opposedto modern thoughtthatconsiderthe popular culture as deterioration, has embracedthemanner “pleaseyourself” which has eludedcomplexes, andgivessignificancetohistoryandtradition. Thus, considering “tradition” elements, whichvitalizepostmodernism, havingthebasis of, withretrospectivepaths of theterm, willsmoothcomprehension of itsapplicationfield. Fromthisbasicthought, consideringtheapplicationfields of theexpression in Turkishnarrations, traditionappears as the main feedingvessel of it. Withinthisscope, indications of postmodernistnarration in Beyaz Kale, as beingthefirstnarration of ourliterature, will be searchedandprojections of thetradition on theworkwilltakepart
