The bookcontains organ names in Turkish used by common people in olden Anatolia. The book alsocontains the organ names in Turkish created by scientist-medical doctor Abdulvehhâb binYusuf. Many of these organ names were created with simile and metaphor . These organnames influenced the terminology of the work in the same era and the era there after as well.The organ names, included in Kitâbu’l Müntahab fi’t-Tıbb specialy played a crucial role inshaping, developing, and enriching the modern Turkish medical language
