N2  - This study wascarried out in the memory of the millenary anniversary of the birth of YusufKhass Hajib of Balasagun. Yusuf of Balasagun mostly known for his own work-Kutadgu Bilig- and awarded as a KhassHajib in Kara-Khanid Khanate (or Qarakhanid State) is one of the most precious personalities ofTurkic world’s cultural history. Besides, I can say that Yusuf Khass Hajibrepresents one of the most beautiful writing tradition of political treatiseaiming to understand society in a better way in the nascent time ofTurkic-Islamic culture. Statements such as “This book is so valuable. InTurkish, there are no better books than this one and China’s and the Machin’sscholars and rulers agreed on this.” have been involved in the work is atypical example of that identity. Since Orhon inscriptions, Yusuf Khass Hajib,like Mahmud al-Kashgari, carries pride and honor of his services to the Turkishlanguage and culture. Therefore, in this study that was written in his honor,analyzing the contributions of his master work to Turkic culture is extremelyusual. However, it may be a risky –and sometimes disappointing- study whichrequires looking at the present and future from the past, but is a crucial workto be done at the same time.
