Soil samples were takenfrom pastures by stopping at every 5 km of Muş-Bingol road. Nematodes werereovered from soil samples by using petri-dish method. Twenty nine genera andone species fron the nematode fauna were identified.; 8 plant parasitic, 9bacterivores, 4 fungivores, 1 predator and 5 genera belonged to omnivoregroups. The prominent genera were Helicotylenchus, Tylenchus, Pratylenchusand Merlinius as plant parasitic group; Acrobeloides, Cephalobusand Monhystera asbacterivores; Ditylenchus, Tylencholaimus and Aphelenchus fromfungivores; Mononchus as predators; Prodorylaimus and Aporcelaimellusas omnivores. The proportions of trophic groups in the fauna in terms ofabundance were calculated as 32% plant parasitic nematodes, 33% asbacterivores, 32% as fungivores and as 29% omnivores. The results revealed thatall the trophic groups had close diversity and abundance values, except thepredator group which was the least in the fauna. It might be concluded that, inthe study area, the diversity and abundance of plant parasitic nematodes werenot very high and free-living nematodes were in a fair state. CR - Anonim (2016a).
