N2  - The relevant articles of the Expertness Draft Law that is about to become a law were attempted to be assessed from the eyes of Art History Experts. Positive and negative opinions on practice are observed from time to time, namely in Archeology, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Geology, Mining, Geography, Traffic and Forensic Science. The articles of the law that are not assessed here were left to legal people without prejudice to them. The Republic of Turkey Ministry of Justice wants to solve the problem of expertness, which has become chronic and about which each party complains this way or the other, with the draft law consisting of 56 articles.
