The study aims at revealing the moderate role of gender and working duration in relationship among ethical leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Within this scope questionnaires were conducted with 319 employees in hotel businesses in Antalya. Data   </span> <span style="font-size:11pt;">obtained were analyzed through AMOS 20 package program.
