The study aims at revealing the moderate role of gender and working duration inrelationship among ethical leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Within thisscope questionnaires were conducted with 319 employees in hotel businesses in Antalya. Data obtained were analyzed through AMOS 20 package program. As a result, it has been observed bothgender and working duration have moderate role in terms of the effect of ethical leadership onorganizational commitment and ethical leadership is much more important for women rather thanmen in terms of their commitment to organization.
