N2  - Economicvalue of the attempts made recently come increasingly significant. Withglobalization, changing business of the markets in which they operate, andhence the competition is increasing. In this case the entrepreneur to beinnovative, to cope with unexpected difficulties, it has led investors toestablish correct relations with the obligation. Organizations will achievesuccess thus enabling these requirements will be able to sustain economicassets. At this stage, the floor is to men with economic values revealsimilarities and differences in the success of women entrepreneurs is graduallyincreasing perception quite important. Studies prepared for this purpose; demographiccharacteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial situations they care about isassessing the gender perception. Research in Konya, service, and was conductedon a total of 78 men and women entrepreneurs in the food industry.
