the declaration of the Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk attracted attention to
which should be established an academic instituton to research in all branches
of Turkish culture and civilization, publish the works done regularly, carry
out some scientific activities as establishing connections with abroad, prepare
the basic sources of Turcology and generate an archive of valuable manuscripts
and photographs and established Turkic Studies Institue as the first scientific

foundation of the Turkic Studies Institue which was affiliated to the Faculty
of Letters
of the Istanbul University, has constitued the library that has held many
valuable works. The basis of the library collections have formed manuscripts,
books and microfilms purchased by the Russian Turkologist Nikolay Fyodorovich
Katanov (d. 1922) from Hakas Turks. </span> </p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:1cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:1cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"> <span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:’Times New Roman’, serif;">In
this article, the fourth story of the manuscript which is registered as 1/4 in
the library’s manuscript collections of Katanov and contains five different
stories is going to be examined. The author and transcriber of the work are not
clear but the language of the work has been expressed as Kazan Tatar Turkic.
This work, which consists of nine leafs, is about the process until the

this study firstly, the work’s pyhsical features are going to be introduced,
context is going to be mentioned and then followed orthography characters which
the work has possessed. The different grammatical features of the work are going
to be expressed one by one and remarked some points related to the period
written. Finally, the transcription of the work and grammatical index are going
