Research suggests that job insecurity is correlated to workers’ intention to leave. Job insecurity is negatively related to job satisfaction and positively related to intention to leave. In the present study, participants completed a survey on perceived job insecurity, job satisfaction, and intention to leave. The results of the analysis indicated a significant relationship between perceived job insecurity, job satisfaction, and intention to leave, job insecurity is negatively related to job satisfaction <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">  and positively related to intention to leave <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">. In light of these results, hypotheses one and two of this study are confirmed.
