In the present study, participants completed a survey onperceived job insecurity, job satisfaction, and intention to leave. The resultsof the analysis indicated a significant relationship between perceived jobinsecurity, job satisfaction, and intention to leave, job insecurity isnegatively related to job satisfaction and positively related tointention to leave. In light of these results,hypotheses one and two of this study are confirmed. Significant differenceswere detected in the variables between status of workers and types of workers.
