The area of this research includes 1236 SchoolAdministrators (school directors, head assistants and assistant of directors)working at public high schools (Anatolian High Schools, Vocational andTechnical Anatolian High Schools and Anatolian Religious High Schools) in ninetowns of Ankara (Altındağ,Çankaya, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Keçiören, Pursaklar, Mamak, Sincan, Yenimahalle).This population is represented through a group of 316 samples who aredetermined by stratified sampling method. Quantitive data of this research are collected throughfive sub-measures evolved by the researcher, which are “Dimension of Tools usedin Cyberbullying”, “Dimension of Frequency in Cyberbullying Behaviours”,“Dimension of The Reasons of Cyberbullying”, “Dimension of The Results ofCyberbullying” and “Dimension of Preventive Works for Cyberbullying”. Thesedata are analyzed with SPSS. While analyzing the data, Descriptive statisticaltests such as; arithmetic average, percentage, frequency and standarddeviation. Within determining if there are important differences among; whichtools the participants use while carrying out these cyberbullying behaviours,the frequency of cyberbullying behaviours, the reasons and the result of thesebehaviours, the levels of preventive works, gender, type of task, levels ofmanagement, level of education, branch and the type of the school the managerworks at, the “t” test is used and Tukey test is used for multiple comparisonmethods which are applied after ANOVA and variance analyzes. The Kruskal-Wallis test is used for the analysisof variables in “seniority on administrators”and in “type of duty” of whichnumber of samples are insufficient. According to the researches, mostly smart phones areused in cyberbullying behaviours among the students at high schools. Amongthese students the most used way of cyberbullying behaviour is swearing atsomeone. The basic reason for cyberbullying behaviours is mainly theun-controlled usage of internet through the students.
