Ankara's Etimesgutdistrict in lower socio-economic level, representing at a total of 280 studentsfrom 54-66 months students studying formdifferent pre-schools, and 30 pre-school teachers from different schools are beincluded as participants. Two-stage Training are be done with participants inÜtopya Art Science and Game Center in Kazan- Yazıbeyli in Ankara, which isdetermined as the project application. Inthe first stage of the total 10-day Project, a 2-day the oretical and practicaltraining of instructors (participatingstudents’ teachers and teachers workingin Ankara Etimesgut district), in the second stage of ita alsa form different Pre-schoolswith 35 groups of People are be heldwith 8-day practical tree science trainingin nature. A training program consisting of nine activities for children are becarriedout. To Project, EtimesgutDistrict Directorateof National Education and the TEMA Foundation are support(with a protocol, partnership contract wassigned).EtimesgutDistrict Directorate of National Educationsupport determination the participating students and teachers, receivingthe support of the assignment of their permits, and TEMA Foundation aresupportal so expert opinion in the implementation of children'sactivitiesprogram. In carrying out theactivities in subject fields, applications such asthe groupworks, drama activities, trip observation activities, game activitiesfor the active participation of students are take place. With such an approach,it is aimed that positive feelings of students fornature and trees as well asproviding a positive contribution to the development of their cognitive,affective, psychomotor and social communication skills. In the processand afterof the application; semi-structured interviews to determine the development ofthe teachers and student’s view points towards the environment, photos andobservations evaluated with content analysis, qualitative research techniquesare be used. It isconcluded that Pre-school students, living and supporting active learning thisprocess in the nature, the scientific activities of the students during theperiod of the dendrology school, can show the way to express what they want todo in the name of science in the future und acquire scientific knowledge byamusing.
