Genetic Algorithms (GA) is an optimization algorithm, tries to mimic the natural process of livings. Allowing to survive better generation therefore inheriting the better qualifications to next generations. In this study genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal cost for a software project. In order to evaluate results of the genetic algorithm, a test system based on linear programming is established.
