Peri-implantmukositisi mekanik ve antiseptik, antibiyotik ve cerrahi destekleyici tedavile- riyle başarılı olarak tedavi edilebilir. İmplant etrafında- ki sert ve yumuşak doku rejenerasyonunu sağlamak için;bağ doku grefti, serbest dişeti grefti (SDG), ve ye- ni bir teknik olan Trombositten zengin Fibrin (TZF),  kullanılmaktadır. Bu vaka raporunda protetik tedavi öncesi yetersiz keratinize mukoza miktarına bağlı açığa çıkmış implant yivlerinin TZF ve serbest dişeti greftinin kombinasyonu ile kapatılması amaçlanmıştır.
