The approach proposed for thetreatment should remove the stained enamel defects, provide blending effect forchalky white appearence and strengthen the enamel against caries develop- ment. The purpose of this case report is to present the clinical results of acombined esthetic treatment of a severe fluorosis case with microabrasion, bleaching and resin infiltration.Treatment plan was based on a combined approachof microabrasion, home bleaching and resin infiltration. An improvement in the esthetic appearence wasachi- eved and remained stable in the 6-months follow-up.The technique might be more minimally invasive, less time consuming and cheaper compared to restorative techniques.Key Words: dental fluorosis, microabrasion, homebleaching, resin infiltrationŞİDDETLİ DENTAL FLOROZİSİN KOMBİNE ESTETİK ESTETİK TEDAVİSİ: BİR OLGUSUNUMUGünümüzmodern diş hekimliğinde, hastaların estetik beklentilerini arttırmak içindental florozisin istenmeyen görüntüsünün minimal invaziv yaklaşımlaiyileştirilmesi gerekmektedir.
