The scientific method is to guide for researchers ın order toplan, execute and interpret of their study. However, following the scientificmethod and adopting a particular method are brought with some limitations.Educational research is the study which has the research field consisted ofhuman, makes the research issue among the issues related to public and adoptedthe scientific research methods. The specific significance of the educational researchtopics have forced the scientific method for a formation and differentiatedfrom the way that had been applied in natural sciences and brought some major ethicallimitations. Despite all limitations, the adoption of the scientific method ineducational research applications has made great progress in our universalknowledge.
