The data was explained by frequency and percent calculations. T tests and one-way analysis of variance were used during the data analysis. The level of significance was set at p<0.05.  </div> <p> </p> <div style="text-align:justify;"> <br /> </div> <span style="font-size:14px;"> </span> <div style="text-align:justify;">The results of this study, teachers who work in state and private primary schools , were ‘much in agreement’ with the decisions made by school administration. In the study, the participation in decision topics, interest, desire of attendance and qualifications were compared between state and private school physical education teachers and statistically no significant differences were found (p>0.05). In the study, also the individual characteristics (age, sex, seniority), their participation level to the decision topics, desire of attendance, interest towards the decisions and qualifications of the teachers working in the state and private schools were compared and no significant differences were found (p>0.05). </div>}, number={4}, publisher={Gazi University}
