Thedata was explained by frequency and percent calculations. T tests and one-way analysis ofvariance were used during the data analysis. The level of significance was set at p<0.05.The results of this study, teachers who work in state and private primary schools ,were ‘much in agreement’ with the decisions made by school administration. In the study, theparticipation in decision topics, interest, desire of attendance and qualifications were comparedbetween state and private school physical education teachers and statistically no significantdifferences were found (p>0.05). In the study, also the individual characteristics (age, sex,seniority), their participation level to the decision topics, desire of attendance, interest towardsthe decisions and qualifications of the teachers working in the state and private schools werecompared and no significant differences were found (p>0.05).
