The body fat was estimated from skinfold thicknesses as 9.94 % ±2.4. The mean values of students blood pressure were 118.5 ± 16.4 Hg (systolic), 77.62 ± 15.4 Hg (diastolic). The measurements of trunk flexibility, right and left hand grip strength, vital capacity values were reported as follows; 24.05 ± 6.82 cm, 45.62 ± 7.88 kg, 40.41 ± 6.11 kg, 4.10 ±1.6 ml respectively. The mean values for anaerobic power, calculated by the Lewis Nomogram, were 93.7 ±11.5 kg.ml sec and estimated Max VÖ2, measurement Cooper test, was 41.12 ± 4.36 ml.kg/sec approximately in this study </p>}, number={1}, publisher={Gazi University}
