Since it is a new concept the studies on this subject are not at a satisfying level. This study was conducted in order to contribute to the companies operating in tourism sector. This study was prepared to determine the effects of reputation management in tourism companies. The data used in this study were obtained from 319 companies which are the members of Turkish Hotels Federation. The data were provided from the companies by the agency of R.T Ministry of Culture and Tourism and evaluated by SPSS program. According to this evaluation, it is seen that reputation management contributes the management, social responsibility activities, shareholder loyalty and financial performance of tourism companies.
