Plants were grown in growth room. Effect of nitric oxide treatments on drought stress of wheat genotypes were examined. The paraffin method was used for preparing a cross-section of leaves.  Transverse sections were made using a sliding microtome and stained with safranin-fast green. Results were presented by photographs and tables. Photographs were taken with Leica DM 3000 microscopy. Anatomical numerical measurements were made  on  sections of  leaf tissues of the plant samples help of micrometric ocular.
