N2  - In this paper, the way of service of judicial documents from England to Turkey has been analyzed. In this term, rules of the Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters and bilateral agreement between Turkey and UK on Legal Assistance dated 28.11.1931, and also rules of Turkish Service Code (Nr. 7201) have been examined.
