The results showed that the isolates showed different salt tolerance responses. V4.6 isolate was found to be the most affected isolate by salt concentrations. The PHB yield of the isolates (in terms of cell dry weight) was between 0,62-27%. Increasing salt concentrations inhibited isolate growths but stimulated PHB accumulation.
