The population of the study  included head director (1), assist head directors (4), departman (12) and office (46) directors and.General Secretary of Sports Federation (37 until 2000). The sampling of the study is head director (1), assist head directors (4), departman (12) and office (16) directors and General Secretary of Sports Federation (37) that is 70 % of the population. With this aim, some information were given about purpose of this research by means of literatüre review. In addition to this, a questionnaire was applied to the subject to reach the purpose of the study. The questionnaire was prepared by Assist Prof. Dr. Reyhan Bilgiç working in Middle East Technical University for proje working and applied by investigater . Realibity of the questionnaire is ∝ .74 for third part and ∝ .93 for fourth part. Evaluation of the items,despriptive statistics were used. Besides this to determine the differences between work-related education and performance evaluation of sports managers according to their education level and responsibility, one way anova and tukey test were used. SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) were used for v evaluating of data.
