Before and after the competition athletes are administered The Competitive State Anxiety Inventory (CSAI-2). As the competition time come closer, athletes’ cognitive and somatic anxiety scores increases and self confidence scores decreases. After the competition while cognitive and somatic anxiety scores decreases, self confidence scores increases.
