Data was collected questionnaire technique. First menstrual age was 13.32±1.29 years old and average body mass index was 20.49±2.68 kg/m2 in girls. Physiological, psychological and behavioral changes in three phases of menstrual cycles (during, before and after menstruation). But especially girls had got anxiety (78.1%), acne (71.1%), and uneasiness (63.6%). Craving to sugar, sweet, chocolate, dessert with milk, increase in food consumption before menstruation was observed. Also weight gain was observed because of fluid retention and changes of their physical activity levels. Their physical activity levels were decreased (77.0%).
