The sample of this study were  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">held in participating 840 people of 2010 Group and Final contests, category of Youths and Adults which  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">organized by Turkish Folk Dance Federation and National Ministry of Education.  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">The scale used in research 7 sub-dimension gender of the participants according as statistically  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">meaningful to test whether there is a difference data “Independent samples t-test” analysis of applied. Also  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">ages of participants, education levels, residence units, educational level of parents, the start ages of folk  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">dances, family to participate in folk dance activities in the state and family income levels according as oneway  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied to test whether there is a meaningful difference.  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">The effects of social integration in the folk dances “Within the scope of social integration” reviewed  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">the scope of and in order of folk dances “National and cultural development”, “The Development of Binary  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">Relations”, “Development of Social”, “Development of Group Relations”, “Emotional Development”,  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">“Physical Development” and “Development of Personal Skills” in terms of individuals provided significant  </span> <span style="font-size: 14px;">gains has been concluded.
