For this aim, 25 pike were caught with gillnets and were brought to the laboratory in September, 2012. The metal analyses in tissues were measured with ICPOES (Varian Liberty Sequential). The results were evaluated by statistical method, one-way ANOVA (p <0.05). Consequently, the concentrations of metals, measured in edible tissues of fish caught from Atikhisar Reservoir, were defined below the maximum permitted limits according to Turkish Food Codex.
